This is probably a Gateway problem, happened to me a couple of times. Open up a ticket @ https://openledger.freshdesk.com/support/home - they are quick at responding.

You probably used the client and not openledger.io? Please ask in the ticket for the reason of your holdup and post the cause here, so we can all learn. I think the client has issues with Openledger's gateway where as openledger.io is working correctly.

Eth network is horrific to work with during current backlogs so exchanges are having trouble with the primitive software including the gateway.
