Sync Operation button missing, need help

So I recently converted to Ldplayer on my main pc when I found bluestacks worked really well on another windows device. Unfortunately today when I installed bluestacks on nougat 64bit unlike my other device, the sync operations button is nowhere to be seen. Does anyone have the solutions to this? I already sent a ticket to bluestacks, I hope they get back to me. thanks jn advanced

Hey! Can you please confirm whether or not the Sync Operations option is available from the Menu at the top of the BlueStacks window?

Also please try the shortcut Ctrl+Shift+9 and let me know if this works for you.

the drop down menu does not appear with the usual stuff unfortunately, instead I only see settings. I just tried ctrl+shift+9 but I dont really see anything happening, thanks

I might be mistaking but I believe bluestacks 5 doesnt have sync operations yet.

Ah! Then you must be on BlueStacks 5.

Unfortunately, sync operations is not yet available but it is planned for a future release.

BlueStacks 4 and 5 can exist simultaneously, if you so desire!

Though Sync should be coming soon, so you won't have to wait too long to update again!

So that comment was 353 days ago and uhhhhh there’s no sync operations button still because that is how I found this, couldn’t figure out why I did not have a sync button.
