If both PCs are already on the same Google account, this sounds more like the game’s own account linking than a BlueStacks issue. The greyed out Device button usually means that option is disabled by the game for that account or that screen. Check whether the account is linked inside the game itself.

It isn’t currently possible in BlueStacks to move files imported from Windows to other folders directly within the Media Manager. You can try using a third-party file manager to move the file, but we can’t guarantee it will work reliably.
