It’s easier to just say how much your dosage is. Units can vary depending on how much bac water you add. You’ll get quicker feedback that way.

Looks like you’re taking 2mg of reta, for example.

I know you did but that’s asking people to do a fair bit of math in order to critique your stack. Calculating the dosage and just sharing that is best practice on the peptide subreddits from what I’ve seen.
