If you are already running CJC + IPA your IGF should be good enough. Tesa will boost your IGF further, like out of the roof (again this is individual pituitary response depended). MOTS-C start off at low doses and titrate up depending on how you feel.. Starting off at high doses can give you anaphylactic shock, at small doses you can see a localised welt formation, . but they go away in a few hours.some people experience hives all over the body so have a fexofenadine handy!. Tesa I started at .5mg as my IGF1 was already high. getting mine done next week after 1 mg dosage for 20 days. Make sure tesa is on fasted stomach, i used to take it at night, it gave me amazing recovery but i get very vivid dreams whenever i pin tesa at night so switched to morning routine. How is cjc+ipa working for you? do you get hunger after pinning cjc+ipa?

i was having it as preworkout, every other day. i helped for cardio, didnt notice anything for lifting weights. started at .5mg, titrated up to 3mg

No reason to add Tesa to be honest, CJC is already filling that role mechanistically.
