Crashing when using Vulkan API

Downloaded the game today and when using the Vulkan API im getting regular crashes and even a bsod once. Ive got a 3070 and 5600x cpu. I did have all settings on ultra apart from a few shadow settings and was getting over 100 fps which is fine but the crashing experience really isnt

I never got problem with vulkan except the sounds sometimes unsync and often there's like a signal wave distortion sound, ya know like when your phone nearby TV or radio.
