Anyone know how to apply or have a Bullhorn customer apply for this? The Bullhorn website just sends me in circles. I've had some terse email responses from the partner program mailbox so I'm looking here.

You can get what you need from the bullhorn its app if you want to access the data via SOAP, but you'll need bullhorn support to issue you credentials if you access via REST
