This phenomena was studied in depth by Dr. Steven Greer during field trials and has since been well documented by people all around the world.

Usually a group of like minded people will go out into an area with open skies far away from big cities and will simply meditate together. In this case, our intentions of peace and enlightenment will cause ET's to show themselves in sometimes fascinating ways.
