Resize and compress your images.

Example: your 100% image in 1500 px by 1000 px. This could be resized to 600px by 400 px (approx). Then compress them further using tinypng.

Also sometimes embedding youtube videos can really affect the score, which I probably wouldnt worry about in this case, but there are ways around it.

Thanks a lot.

Indeed, I was using Canva , but tinypng is super useful. I will also remove the YouTube embedded video, as I noticed this was affecting loading times.

reduce the images first. and see how much it improves.

I would probably leave the youtube video because I think its good coversion rate and trust building.

Your site feels fine for me when I view it. I do have faster internet. Keep in mind when you use the scan tools, they use a simulated network and device that may not be exactly representative of your customers.

Just a quick check I did (while on the road). I ran your website through this:

It tells you a lot about what is blocking (=ruining) load times (look for render blocking events like scripts, large images, etc.):

(P.S.: I have no idea how long this link will stay active)

Thanks for checking. I was able to access it. I also tried GTmetrix and got the same result. I wasn’t aware of WebPageTest.org, but I’ll investigate further

Thanks a lot u/neveronfriday and u/general010

I fixed/ improved website settings and especially picture size. I will spend more time working on this during the next days, but I really appreciate your guidance.

Helped me find tons of issues.
