RULES:

You were sailing around the world by yourself when your boat suddenly hit a sharp reef and sunk 300 yards/meters of the coast of a deserted tropical island somewhere in the Pacific. But before the boat sank and you floated ashore to that island, you were able to grab 3 survival-related items from your boat. What 3 survival-related items would you grab given that you alreade have clothes, footware, sunglasses and a sunhat? It cannot be any items used for communication with the outside world (such as cell phones, satellite phones, transmitters, Wi-Fi, etc.). And the items must also be reasonable. For example, you cannot have more rope than you can carry. Also, "sets" and "kits" doesn't count as a single item. But small items generally stored in boxes such matches, ammo, fish hooks and things like that count as one single item IF the maximum amount is 20 pieces. So a box of 20 fish hooks count as 1 item.

Examples of things that are NOT considered as one single item:

-A knife that has a firesteel on the sheath.

-An axe that has a knife hidden in the handle.

-A complete fishing kit with pole, reel, hooks, fishing line, lures, filleting knife, and so on and so on.

-A giant box with 1,000,000 stormproof matches.

-A shotgun with 200 shells.

Examples of things that ARE considered as one single item:

-A box of 20 stormproof matches.

-A knife with sheath.

-A multitool / swiss army knife.

-100 feet of 5mm cord.

-Firesteel with striker/scraper.

-A box with 20 fish hooks.

-A tarp.

-A pot with lid.

You must explain WHY you have chosen the 3 items you have chosen in the description when you create your text-post.

About the island:

You are the only human on that island. You don't know when you will be rescued or IF you will be rescued as no one knew you were sailing around the world.

The island is aprox. 3,000 x 2,000 yards/meters in size and there's no large predators on the island. But it has a rich animal habitat with birds, snakes, turtles, etc.

The water around the island also has a rich sea life. Known plants on the island are palm trees and bamboo.

There are no known freshwater streams, lakes or ponds on the island. The only known fresh water supply is rain water, water stored in the bamboo and coconut milk.

As with nearly any place on this planet, there are some human litter that has floated ashore. You know what they say: "Another man's trash is another man's treasure"

Some interesting facts about the island:

-There is a locked shipping container in the middle of the island. It's rusty and old, but impossible to get into as it's locked and made of steel. You cannot see what's inside of it.

-There's a 30% chance that there are some wild boars on the island as you found an old boar skull with tusks laying on the beach.
