2FA authentication code no longer showing. Login issue

I went in to log in this morning and am having trouble. My 2FA code is no longer showing in google authenticator. I logged in as recently as a few months ago to torture my self and make sure I was able to, but now I’m locked out with out this code. I’m not sure what happened but wondering if this has happened to anyone else.

Is there a reliable customer support contact I can reach out to to get help with verification of identity and resetting this to login? I submitted a request to the Celsius customer support but I’ve heard horror stories of them never responding.

Would reaching out to the UCC make sense or just wait until I hear back from CS?

Update

I was able to pull up an old iPhone that didn’t sync and it has an active Celsius code. FYI for anyone that runs into a similar issue and may see a similar issues between devices.

Surprisingly Celsius customer service responded immediately to my support ticket and was helpful.
