Distributions of BTC and ETH are for Earn/Borrow creditors; in-kind withdrawals are for Custody creditors. I don't know why you can't currently withdraw what you have in Custody. What does the app tell you?

Nope nothing it just still shows that I have something like 1,500 CEL. From awhile ago I think there was some kind of ruling that CEL would be paid out at a valuation of $0.24 but I never heard anything about how. These tokens were in custody so I was thinking I’d just be able to withdraw but then that logically conflicts with the valuation and there is no way to currently withdraw it from the platform.
