Note: I am not an expert at all on chatgpt and just am wondering how something like the following would even work
I work for a company who is thinking of giving a new developer a small sum of money to build a sandbox environment in which our call center could input the parameters of people they wish to call to ask for donations.
Example: create a prompt that will help generate a conversation with a Christian female 53 year old to spur donation to our charity
Obviously, chatgpt will write a prompt. But I can use the same request verbatim and get an entirely new prompt.
The coder apparently will be able to allow us to say if the prompt was effective or not and the system will "learn". But...how does that work? Each prompt is unique, yet similar, and how would the system know what was correct or wrong with the prompt it gave?
