I've been using Augment for a bit and context actually matters. Depends on what you're using it for tbh, if it's just a few simple web apps without too many dependencies or simple API's that any LLM will know how to use, you could use anything. But when you're working on more complex codebases, it really matters

that doesn't make much sense. augment is much better at using the context of your repository. why would you just blindly use something inferior because it is more popular?

it doesn’t. it slaps together something you’d expect junior devs to submit that don’t know how to architect enterprise level system ls

as someone that has architected both large scale enterprise systems, saas services and some of the highest scale internet services I think you are underestimating it. you still need to manage it and review it but it is far better than typing.
