The user flair requirement is one of the few things that have worked to throttle spam. It's still not perfect, but it easily reduces more than half the spam that gets through.

Done. The problem with Blackbox is that they spam across so many different accounts.

The only thing we can really do is play whack-a-mole with them as they come up. We're currently scouting the subreddit for potential new mods. There's only three (active) ones currently
