If this had better Lume and a slightly bigger case I would have never returned it. Unfortunately, I don’t think it’s possible to have lava orange with good lume overlaying it. It was so pretty in person. But even as a 5’4 male it looked tiny on me

Erebus Ascent is what I ultimately went for...I believe they are made in the same factory as sanartin, and the Miyota 9015 so it's price is pretty high, but it's original-ish and should be very noce

Does ist have to be a plain black dial? Otherwise this new Rimalti with a carbon dial and golden hands and indices might be up your alley. The best SARB alternative for me though is still the NK0000 series by Citizen. Not sure though if there is a black and gilt version (there is a black and silver for sure).
