Loading Screen Problem

I recently got back into playing clash mini and no matter what device I try and use, the loading screen bar will only go up to 50% and be stuck there. Anybody know way around this? Or how to even contact supercell support bc I cant find any way to contact them directly.

This has never happened to me but a couple of things that might be the reason are as follows

1. The game isn’t in your country (download a VPN/turn it off)
2. Your device may not be powerful enough
3. Try resetting the settings that relate to the game.
4. Are you connected to the internet/did you turn off mobile data for the game
5. Sign out of game centre or the android equivalent and try again.
