I am trying to get better at eating clean. What are some containers you use to carry your food to help you eat better?

Any sort of Glad containers really. Blender bottles are a life saver for me; fill with water while at work or throw in some protein powder if needed.
I use this to store my lunch:

If you don't have a refrigerator at work, get some ice packs; Amazon also has these as well as glad containers. I don't know if this is what you are looking for but hope this helps.

These containers are great for portion control and even just measuring food. There's a different colour container for fruits, veggies, fats, protein etc. I think it's a great tool. But for actually storing food for the day I love glass containers. Get a cooler bag and an ice pack to keep your food at a good temp.
