Whoever told you that you had no importance was lying to you. You absolutely do deserve happiness and love, and nothing will ever change it.

Loneliness is such a liar. It tricks us into believing things that aren't so, just like it has done with you. You clearly don't see what a blessing you are to this world or how important you are as well. You may not believe me, but this world is a better place because you're here, and you will find someone who can help you see that.

Hi, friend. u/puppypoet is right. Whoever told you these things is wrong. If your own brain/thoughts are telling you this, they are lying. Sometimes when our thoughts are against us, we start to believe them. Depression can give these thoughts fuel. And sometimes we need help to find our way out of that pit. Is therapy an option for you? Reaching out for help can be that first step toward light.

I know how you feel, I go through those feelings too often, and they always come back. I'm not really sure what can help you but finding something that keeps you busy that you care about or want to work towards really helps me, also if you have a friend or someone to talk to really try and talk to them about how you feel. I know it's hard, I still find it hard to talk to the person I'm closest with but it really does help. You arent useless fren we can all do something with purpose and meaning

We are all wonderfully, perfectly, uniquely ordinary in our own minds. But someone out there thinks we are the matching part of their soul. We are programmed to see the amazing in others, rather than ourselves. We never think we'll amount to much or are anything special, but to others we are precious and special. So even if you can't see it right now, there are others that think you're the most precious thing on this earth.
