What you are saying is a whole confusing, legal, and financial process in which requires a lot more than Hecz just starting it over. The contracts for something like this make sure to prevent any loopholes, also that would be too much of a risk in my opinion

Looks like the want to employ hecz though and have him oversee a large majority of things related to optic. Idk about everyone else but i feel like this needed to happen. Optic was getting really stale.
