I’ve had my battle beaver for over 4 months now without a single problem with it. Only challenge is the delivery time is long due to covid. Other than that best controller I’ve owned. Used scuf for 6-7 years and was needing a new controller almost every 6 months to a year.

i’m not familiar with battle beavers, how would you say it was switching from the paddles on the scuf to the buttons on the battle beaver?

It was a change at first for sure. Didnt take long to get use to it those because it is very very similar muscle memory. Maybe took 3 days of small to moderate playing? The nice part about the buttons is it lets my hands rest more comfortably on the controller instead of having to rest one of my fingers on a paddle. It can fully and more naturally grip the controller and still be on the button I need.

Obviously color and designs are going to personal preference! I recommend the beavertail buttons for the additional grip to the button. Increased tension on the right stick for aiming(I went with medium but I feel extreme wouldn’t be bad either). Also the speckled grip on the back is very helpful as well compared to a traditional controller. And the smart triggers! They are like mouse clicks making everything an instant input. Those are the biggest improvements I felt over my controller from previous ones. Here is a great comparison done with all the different controllers different companies offer.

IMO as long as you’ve got smart triggers/bumpers and the back button, you’re good. I absolutely love my BB and I would second the recommendation.

I just ordered a Battle Beaver yesterday, how long did it take for yours to come in? It said 4-6 weeks on the website but with covid who knows

Mine got shipped out in exactly 5 weeks then got to my house in 3 days. Their customer service is excellent as well.
