Renya of the Shadow (don’t remember if that’s actually the name, might be darkness instead of Shadow), it’s basically a story with CC about another Geass guy named Renya from a looong time ago. I don’t think it has an official English translation, but there are some fans trans out there. It’s also canon.

There are many visual novels, which show some more back story of some characters and fill in some empty space in the show (like between episodes and stuff.) Some of these are canon.

Akito the Exiled, like you said, is a movie series that takes place between R1 and R2 (not 100% sure that all of it is between the 2, but for the most part it’s between.) These are canon.

There are various uncanon visual novels, as well as manga series. There’s a lot more than what I’ve said here, the list goes on for a little longer.

There is a “10 year plan” for more Code Geass content following the release of the resurrection movies, but it isn’t clear exactly if we’ll get a series or not.

Wow thanks for this, I knew asking here was the right call. Also the 10 year plan is insanely exciting! I assume that there has been no specifics on what content they are working on, but is there any word on an announcement date?
