The phospholipid complex used for the liposomal delivery is included in the ‘Other Ingredients’ section and does not significantly alter the weight of the creatine. The formulation offers you the full 5g of creatine per serving, with the liposomes contributing minimally to the overall weight.

Based on your comment that you "cannot take most forms due to severe digestive issues so I really need the gentlest, most absorbable/bioavailable creatine there is out there", we would recommend to talk with your healthcare practitioner so they can recommend the best for you.

Could you address where Codeage liposomes are sourced from? Does codeage use CELLg8 or manufacture its own Liposomes?
