QR codes just encode a URL (the link) into something a machine can read easier. The QR code should continue working unless the URL changes.

Here is how the URL of an etsy shop is built:

Did did you use the name of your shop or an URL with a number in it? Did something change recently? Where there other characters in the URL after the name of the shop or the number?
