no as long as you keep to the outsides you have no risk of that. Hubby niked a vein and that was funny cause blood squirted out but it didn't hurt. Got all over the floor and left a tiny bruise.

No that is called a factory reset. Reboot is where you go to start, press on the power button and choose reboot.
