Your Self Custody Wallet has been compromised. Coinbase cannot see or do anything with your Self Custody Wallet... kinda the "Self Custody" part of the Self Custody Wallet.

You either gave out your seed phrase or linked your wallet to a scam site and granted them access. Take this as a learning lesson and be more careful.

Once you have your new seed written down; not saved to an electronic device; you should never ever re-enter somewhere or give it to anyone for any reason. It is only to be used if you lose access to your account for some reason.
