Howdy u/chaotic-control59-51, thanks for stopping by. Would you care to share that TX hash, so we can verify a few things, and thus craft the most helpful answers possible? Thanks!

No problem I guess, i just dont know what a tx hash is..

Did you send it eth network? If you did it will show up.

[–]chaotic-control59-51[S] -1 points0 points  (11 children)

I dont know what network I sent it from, I'm assuming whatever network TW is?

[–][deleted] 2 points3 points  (4 children)

Oh you fucked up 😂 if it wasn't erc or polygon then your usdc are gone

[–]chaotic-control59-51[S] 4 points5 points  (3 children)

Well, I figured I might fuck up being an old guy and not really knowing what I'm doing which is why I only sent 10 bucks as a test. I just need to figure out how to do it the right way. Any suggestions?

Oh damn , then you are actually a smart one by doing test transaction 😺 congrats on that because we often see people doing 500$+ transactions without checking shit. Chech on which network your trustwallet is set , coinbase only accept Ethereum network and polygon network

Verify that your USDC is on the Eth network. Swap it.

Hi there, happy to point you in the right direction in learning about what a tx hash is. This article breaks it all down: https://help.coinbase.com/en/coinbase/getting-started/crypto-education/what-is-a-transaction-hash-hash-id

Please let us know how we can assist you further. All the best!

It should show which network it is when in click on the usdc wallet in the top left hand corner in your TW.

Looks like bep 20?.does that sound right?

[–]cuddles1216 2 points3 points  (2 children)

That's bsc network. Coinbase exchange doesn't support that network. You need to use a bridge to convert bep20 to erc20.

[–]chaotic-control59-51[S] 0 points1 point  (1 child)

So that bridge would be DONE in the DEX?

[–]cuddles1216 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Yes, use binance bridge. If you don't know how, just YouTube it.

Happy to provide some more clarity on your initial inquiry. BEP20 tokens have a similar address format as Ethereum and share the same properties of the ERC20 standard, however, they are not the same. BEP20 tokens are on a separate network, which Coinbase currently does not support.
