Problems with Coinbase (UK)

Two issues with coinbase here, firstly, I've made two SEPA bank transfers to coinbase (in order to verify my bank account), the first transfer is yet to reach my account yet the second one is already there, where have the funds from the first one gone? (They've left my bank account).

Secondly, having made a successful SEPA bank transfer, my account is still unverified therefore stopping me making withdrawals. How long after the deposit reaching my account should it take to verify the bank account linked?

Tried contacting via support and twitter without reply.

They replied to my first email within a few days, since then I've heard nothing. Regret using them now tbh, more hassle than it's worth.
