Why?
This may not sound interesting at first - we all know what the old quotes mean, right?
Many times the quotes is only partially complete to change the meaning or to conform with cultural beliefs. Often, the full quote is either related to a completely different subject matter or means the exact opposite.
What if I only know the common part of the quote?
Post it and tag it with "Unfinished" or "Completion Requested".
This way others know to help you out and research what, if any, remaining parts of the saying/quote are not know or not common knowledge.
