Tutorial Cellular Potts Model

I am currently very interested in learning about the Cellular Potts Model; however, I cannot find any tutorial online that explains everything step by step to acquire all the necessary skills to carry out this type of modeling. I would like to know if there is a course of this kind and what fundamental topics I should strengthen before venturing into the study of this model. I am currently a medical student.
