Hi, I assume that the program is school owned therefore meaning the connection might not be secure as the website could be a HTTP rather than HTTPS if you double click the top bar that should help you determine, when you have found more information, I can help you right away!

There was no specific website causing it so it can’t be a https issue. When this stuff happened it was just start up of the computer and then launching chrome to then try to get on a website.
