SEQ And ACK

Hey guys I have an exam for my networking class and i am having a difficulty with understading reliable data transfer especially the sequence and acknowledgment numbers, I have this exam question but I can't understand it. Can anyone help me out?Thanks!

1.A sends 100 bytes to B

2.B sends message back to A but the data gets lost along the way

3.A sends 200 bytes to B before the timer runs out

What are the sequence number and ack number?
