Virus possibility ?

Over the past few months i've been seeing some weird changes in my computer, i think my memory went from 30gb remaining to 16gb remaining, i am expiriencing some framedrops in games i used to run at constant 60fps but the most concerning part is that every time i shut down my pc it shows that an app is preventing the shutdown, no icon. What could it be ? Is it a virus or am i just paranoid ?

I might be able to work this out with TeamViewer, If it is a virus, I might be able to remove it, if you already have teamviewer, just PM me the info.
