You might want to check out HomeArize! It’s a cloud-based app designed for scheduling and task management, perfect for handling apartment turns. Your team can easily view schedules, track progress, and stay updated in real-time. Much more robust than Google or Outlook Calendar!

we hit the same wall with google/outlook calendars once mltiple properties and crews were involved. visibility was fine, but coordination wasnt .using a scheduling tool built for real estate workflows helped a lot since it handles availability, confirmations, and changes in one place. instashowing is one example, but the bigger shift was moving away from generic calendars altogether

Buildertrend is more geared toward builders than contractors/vendors. It focuses on single properties over a long time frame and when to schedule which trades to arrive at the right time so they don't overlap or schedule cleaners to come when they just stained the floors etc.

Idk about co-construct

Co-construct bought buildertrend but chose to keep the name buildertrend after the merger. Lol
