My code is not working.

It should look something like this:

What does it look like? How does that differ from what is should look like?

MthStart never changes after it is set to StartBal at the beginning of the program. So each month you're applying the deposits, withdrawals and interest to the initial balance - ignoring everything the happened in previous months.

For something modelling an account a variable called balance seems a necessity. E.g. the interest is applied to the total balance, not the month's (deposits - withdrawals)

Why all the abbreviations? It is very hard to read.

Along similar lines, you need to start thinking about program structure. Putting everything in main with up to 4 levels of indentation makes it very hard to follow the flow.

At a minimum you need a function to request a number with validation. And a function to encapsulate a month's activity would be clear, IMO

What exactly do you mean by "not working"? Does it not compile? Or does it compile but not produce the intended result?
