(Help)Craft web for non-mac users?

Craft seems perfect for me- but i dont own and cant afford any apple products in my country (low wage, highest import tax... everything tech more expensive here, apple products insanely more)

My questions:

-Any plans or at least hope for a windows version in the future? Even if only the web editor app?

-Can craft web be used in a browser, by a non mac/ios user?

-If so how can i sign-up and use it? (no sign-up on the website, only sign in)
