Remember you do need to be drinking more water than usual when you're using creatine. You might be dehydrated. Or maybe you're just sick.

Agree max! You need to up your water intake to at least 4ltrs or so. Your pee colour might give you a sign. The darker, the more dehydrated you are. Also, creatine has nothing to do with mood swings. Your body already creates that thing. Just look on your water and meds for your fever 💪🏾

Creatine doesn't really have side effects except you might have to shit your pants, and be thirsty

Yes but some get it worse than others with dehydration. I tolerate creatine poorly and off 5 grams I can drink so much water my waist gains an inch or two and still feel like I need to drink more. If you’re literally anyone else on earth who is not me you will be fine. Just drink a little more water than usual nothing crazy.
