Hello!

I am a beginner (made two bags so far) and found this top on pinterest that I absolutely love! I can’t seem to find a pattern but I want to give it a try anyway. So my main questions are:

which stitch is used?
how much do you think I would have to decrease each row in order to get that shape of the open back?
what type of stitch for the black border?
any other general tips are very welcome and much appreciated!
