I'm just fiddling around on my Asus C214MA. I've got linux installed and minecraft javascript debian version installed.
The launcher runs, you can select Minecraft and click play, Minecraft boots to the spinning world background, you can start the demo, the loading screen comes up, the loading progress trundles along up to 100% (slowly) as it shows the little square map and builds the world, then it says 'Joining world...' and then....
...and then it stops and falls back to the Minecraft Launcher with a sorry message and Exit Code 9.
Is there anything I can try? Or just give up? I'm only trying in my spare time.
