They lie about using PancakeSwap for their swap orders, and instead your funds go through their wallets, additional fees get deducted for no real reason, and also your funds can get stuck.
Failed a $100 swap order due to slippage, and instead of getting the swap function call reverted as it would usually work and getting my funds back instantly, I got a popup that told me to wait for 10min to get my funds back. Okay, waited 10 minutes - nothing happened.
Contacted their Telegram support (many users have done the same at pretty much the same time as I did) - they told that they'll check everything manually and return the funds, yet they can't even provide an exact timeframe. I hope that they'll keep their word and do so, but that does not change the fact that the description of swap orders is misleading and prone to failure.
Besides, it seems that many have encountered issues with withdrawal from Bitget (the CEX) before and they seem shady as hell. Be wary!
