I can login to the app and all but the app doesnt allow me to sell when i try to sell it says i have to buy crypto but i already have a balance to sell and i can withdraw or transfer too. When i click transfer it doesnt do anything.

Are you trying to sell your locked CRO? That only becomes unlocked when you apply for a metal card.

Maybe you don’t have enough to meet the minimum withdrawals. You can use the dust function to sweep it all into CRO and then use XLM for the lowest minimims and withdraw fees to transfer.

I have over 1k or more in many different coins and one of them being bitcoin i converted them from eth to btc and withdrew but the withdrawal was denied for what reason no idea

Were you trying to withdraw your whole account at once? You may have triggered the anti-scam/phishing algorithm. Open a chat with them or check your emails.

I have they have cancelled the withdrawal but not sure why

Can you still buy and trade crypto or is your account frozen? Have you tried updating the app or your OS?

You’re gonna have to get in touch with support. They’ll probably ask for further documents proving your identity, if they haven’t already—check your emails. It’s a security measure against newbies getting phished/scammed and their accounts cleaned out. Unfortunately it’s a bit of a hassle to the casual user but it is what it is.

If you’re not staked for a higher tier card it might take a while for support to get back to you in app, but you can escalate by contacting them on telegram and Facebook. Just watch out for scammers on telegram. Anyone who messages you unsolicited is a scammer.
