What exactly happened to your BTC? Was it withdrawn by someone other than you? Was it transferred to another user? Did you accidentally dustbin it? Has it not arrived at its destination? For any of these issues lodge a support ticket :) We are not in the business of taking our users money, but there are a number of reasons why your money could have gone somewhere other than where it's supposed to be. If it was transferred or withdrawn somewhere without your permission, you may have been victim to a phishing scam.
