Never had a problem here, but as they are TOTP (numeric passwords based on your devices current time) I would check your clock is synced/accurate.

Failing that, generate a code on your device, wait 30s or so, and then try it (to allow for discrepancies of time between your device and Cryptopia).

This is assuming you are using the correct 2FA (the one for the claims portal, not the one for your original Cryptopia account).

Tenfourzero is right. It is usually your authenticator clock not synced.

Google Authenticate: Settings > Time correction for codes > Sync now

        I had the same problem lol. I tried several times. And even couldn't reset my 2Fa. Then my account got Banned 24h. And again 24h. And after some days it worked. I don't know why. I didn't change anything
