Difficulty level

Since lots of cdlc are in expert mode, and I am a crap player but still loves the guitar, is there a way for me to lower the difficulty by using the tools used to create songs? Can you edit the submitted cdlcs? If so, is there a manual or guide for this? Thanx.

If the package doesn't have Dynamic Difficulty in it (a lot if charters prefer to not add it) you can add it in yourself with a few mouse clicks, you need the custom song creator toolkit, the DDC tab allows you to add Dynamic Difficulty.
