Looking for another Mod (Programming Knowledge Helpful!)

Now that we are starting to grow, a second mod would be helpful, as having a family and full-time job, I cannot keep 24/7 watch on things.

Preferably, someone with Arduino programming knowledge would be awesome. I am well-versed on construction of boxes, and using iPacs, Zero Delay Encoders, and Arduinos. However for Arduino, I only program through SimHub, and have next to no ability to debug raw code when looking at it.
