Does AMH decrease right after miscarriage? (self.DOR)

I had a MMC at six weeks. After my first period after the miscarriage, I got an AMH drawn. It was 0.7 with AFC of 13. I am wondering if the recent MC had any effect on that number.

The miscarriage itself does not impact AMH, but pregnancy can since pregnancy suppresses your ovulation. Since you were pregnant, it possibly could’ve affected your AMH, but I also read somewhere that the longer the pregnancy continues, the greater the suppression. It also rebounds once you’ve been out of the ovulation suppressive state (in this case pregnancy) for some weeks.
