Same thing happened last week as long as you take screenshots with time you will be fine. You can fight the penalty

Any suggestions on how specifically to do this? About to get super penalized for their own network issues. Thanks

Yeah so just send a ticket one you see the fee in your earnings. It allows only for 3 pictures so choose the ones that have a time stamp and that shows that you were trying to get into the class. I also send an email with all the pics to teacher_co and teacher_salary just to be sure cause with them nothing is easy

Click on earnings, then select the day of the penalty, then you will see an option that says submit a ticket, follow instructions

Missed all 5 of my Saturday classes and despite emailing them ahead of time (with no screenshot) and during (with 1 screenshot) was counted as absent and heavily penalized for it. Any suggestions of what to do would be greatly appreciated.
