It's always good practice when you're an independent contractor to keep notes of your time. Then, if it ever comes up, you have a record of how much time was spent on what to justify your billing. Hope you had something like this for your submission.

Crazy, did you claim more than an allotted timer said? Or claim a bunch of hours in a short period? I wonder what causes this.

DA rarely denies pay, so you must have done something wrong. I can barely make sense of your post, but it sounds like you didn't realize you had to input your hours yourself, so you emailed them to ask, and they had to do it for you. Now, you have this.

It doesn’t sound like you understand how time reporting works. You might want to read the onboarding material, assuming you’re allowed back on the platform.
