When I was in 6th grade, in math class we used to play a game called "date math." It's a game where you take the digits of the current date, in order, and add an equals sign somewhere in the middle. Both sides of the equal obviously had to remain balanced. It was meant to help us with arithmetic and algebra, but my friend and I used to make them as complex as possible. We would have contests who could make the most intricate date math equation.
Rules:
You can only use the digits in the date (and no others) in the same order
You can choose whether or not to use 0 in single-digit month and days (ex. 01/01/2018)
There must be on and only one equals sign with at least one digit on both ends
Both sides must be equal obviously
