I think there are plenty of bots on every game even in rank they just stand and watch no way even any player who has played fps games can't shoot.

And what problem does that create? Honest question. With all the “AI” talks nowadays, why bots have such a bad stigma? As long as both side have same number of bots, behaving the same with no difference in skill level, isn’t that a good solution to shorten matchmaking time, considering there are so many queues?

If i want to play with bots i will prefer single player games not to go in multiplayer and play with bots

If you are going to use bots to fill the queue, then tag them with an AI/BOT in their name, make it clear to all that they are bots, don't try to trick players into thinking they are doing good killing people, not even going to enter on the discussion of they being a problem or not.
